Luxurious accommodation, attentive staff, where the fitness centre is well-equipped and the indoor swimming pool offers a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city, which is conveniently only 400 metres from the city highway leading to the airport.

It was all perfect.

The service at the hotel was courteous and attentive.

My experience was overshadowed by unclean rooms that caused frequent allergic reactions. the staff was unfriendly, which was unacceptable for the price. I was also disturbed at odd hours due to noise from other guests, leading to a frustrating stay overall.

A surprise anniversary celebration

The St Regis truly exceeded our expectations, especially with the surprise anniversary celebration arranged by our butler. The pastries, framed photos, and warm gestures brought tears to our eyes.

The gym facilities were great, but the amenities seemed a bit lacking, with sparse towels and upkeep in the locker area needing attention.

this was my second stay in beijing, and the experience at the st regis exceeded my expectations. the luxurious spa and attentive service made my spa holidays even more relaxing. dining was delightful, especially the exquisite breakfast spread filled with freshly baked pastries and a variety of gourmet options.

the elevator took long to arrive.

Exceptional Service and Personal Touch

During my stay, I was astounded by the attention to detail and personalized service, especially from the butler team. Albin and his staff went above and beyond, arranging a surprise anniversary celebration in our room with cakes and framed photos, which truly touched our hearts. The Press Club bar was a delightful spot for evening drinks, highlighting the outstanding service of the bartender, Lucky. the fitness center could use an upgrade to enhance the overall experience.

Enjoyed the Ping-pong facilities and the attentive service throughout my stay. The Deluxe King Room had some areas that felt a bit dated.

The room was comfy as, heaps nicely decorated, but the butler service was all over the place. Still, the breakfast choices were awesome!

My private tour with Angie was unforgettable. she brought the history of the Chinese dynasties to life with her engaging storytelling, ensuring I saw all the major sights in a short time. The room was beautifully decorated, and I felt incredibly well taken care of throughout my stay.

staying at the st regis was an unforgettable experience! the location is perfect for exploring, and the iridium spa was a highlight, especially the natural hot springs. the food was also fantastic, with great variety including amazing breakfasts and delicious italian dishes. neil and his team made my stay truly special, especially with their personalized service and local restaurant recommendations.
